Hello,
I’m experiencing upper quad tendonitis like symptoms after training days. It’s started within the last month or so. It first started with one side and now has progressed to both sides. I usually do not feel it during squats, if and when I do it’s during warm ups. I’ll go slow to stretch it out before getting too heavy. It usually resolves the tightness during that time. The pain is located on my midline- anterior quad. It feels like it stretches from my Iliac crest, maybe iliac spine area, down to about mid thigh. It tends to be sore in the act of raising my leg up or moving forward. I recently looked over the how to videos to make sure I hadn’t gotten lazy and fixed what I thought had been the problem. So far it’s a hit and miss whether it’s a little sore or a lot. I’m not totally sure what is contributing and what has changed for the soreness to be there. The videos are from my heavy day.
