Default Mild low back pain and leg tingling

Hey, would appreciate some input on this.

    Me: 178cm, 95kg, 36yo.

Current lifts, all 1RM and in kilos: Squat 165, DL 200, BP 110, OHP 75 (x2).

For a while now (a month or so), I've had tingling in both legs that comes and goes. No pain or burning, just mild to moderate tingling that mostly comes on at night and after sitting for long periods of time.

Two weeks ago, I was doing a deadlift set of 5 at 180 kg, but felt my form was bad in terms of keeping my back flat. This is an ongoing problem I've had and looking at the video here it's clear that I'm not staying tight and it's made worse by the fact that I jerk the bar of the ground instead of pushing the floor away. I also seem to hyperextend a bit at the top (maybe that's the culprit?). I also didn't wear a belt which is obviously a mistake - BUT, the back rounding seen here also occurs even when I wear one:

As you can see I pussied out on the 4th rep already because I could feel my back rounding too much.

Now, two weeks after this set, I feel tight and slightly sore in my low back, feels like it's right in the middle of the back and just in the proximity of my spine (around L3 or 4 I'd say). The tingling had mostly gone away after this set, but returned yesterday after pressing a double at 75 kg. I definitely hyperextended the last rep which made the low back pain come back for a day, it's mostly gone now.

I'm seen a chiro tomorrow who seems to know about lifting, and I've had succes with using a chiro before when I had problems with my facet joints in the mid back.

Apart from the obvious form problems, is there anything in the video here that would explain the leg tingling compounded with the low back pain? Am I just make a big deal out of nothing here?

You're not wearing a belt on a deadlift you cannot pull without straps. You're jerking the bar off the floor and coming out of extension. And you think a chiropractor can fix this. Don't know what to tell you, except that you need a coach, not a chiropractor.

That makes a lot of sense Rip, thanks.

I’ll procure a coach. In the meantime, any idea what could have happened on these pulls to set off the tingling?

Same thing as usual. No knee extension to begin the lift. Wear a belt. Review the correct set up and push the floor away.

Don't know, but it will be something impinging on nerves in between discs. You'll just have to get this form corrected, and get a belt.
