HI coach, thanks for looking. I've ben at it for about 10 weeks but am ashamed for not getting the courage to record myself earlier.

On my squat I occasionally have to correct the bar as it seems to slip back up to the traditional high bar position. My depth clearly sux on the first rep, I think I did better on the others.. god knows what else I'm doing wrong, i'm trying my damndest though. Now the video angle is undesirable?, Sorry I didn't tell her to move, it threw me off a lot too. If I should retake it, do I try for a rear or side angle? (I'm backing up to rack the weight becasue the mirror throws me off , not as much as the camera though!)

Your clean is okay, but your ass is too low to start. Your squat got stuck on the last rep because you lifted your chest instead of your ass. Don't back into the squat rack no matter what your mirror situation may be. That will be a big wreck before much longer.

Maybe he got stuck because the weight was just too fucking heavy?

If it was too fucking heavy he wouldn't have finished the rep.
