Powerlifter looking to shed some bodyfat

Joined today for some advice on adding GPP to my training. Currently, and for the past 2 months, I've been doing West Side Barbell but this has led to me to eating a lot (too much) and has caused a good amount of unnecessary body fat to pack on. I've added 15 minutes of box jumps once a week, and would like to add some sled and sandbag training since the weather is getting nicer. All this worrying and confusion is getting me pretty depressed and making me really feel like shit. Any help/advice/tips would be awesome.
