Thanks for the heads up.
Have to say, having these articles up on this site is great. Interesting reading, no bullshit, and with principles that can be directly applied to my own training. Thanks for putting them up.
See the new articles in the resources section. Bill Starr writes about the importance of strength in sports, cutting through the silly bullshit.
Gary Gibson talks about the legit use of equipment for training, the kind that pisses off the barefoot squatters and makes perfect sense in the process.
Thanks for the heads up.

We aim to please.
More red meat for the faithful...yum. Interesting that Starr is following the unfolding of Tiger Woods' pimp-hand.
And very sincere thanks for this opportunity to write for the site. My article is sitting between yours and the latest from Bill Starr. I don't even know what to say.
Both excellent articles. If anyone can read Gary's article and still think it's a good idea to squat in Vibram Five Fingers, they should probably be shot.
Coach, Gary mentions a basic bench shirt in his article, not one of those ridiculous things I see powerlifters squeezing into, that is basically a 'knee sleeve for the shoulders'
Just curious, is this what he is talking about?

I'm not at the point where my shoulders are in bad shape and would need something like Gary describes (my knees are) but am wondering for the future...
