Small question about Texas method example and thanks
Hi Coach
I have a small question about the Texas method example in end of second edition of PPST. For Wednesday press is done for 3x5 and bench is done for 3x5 but for 90% of last Monday. I have done both press and bench always the same way. Which one do you find better by your experience? Both with 90% of last Monday or press a little bit harder.
I also would like to thank you for teaching how to deadlift. I was working in a forest for a week during holidays. When I was cutting and dragging trees in the snow I was so happy that I had done my deadlifts. It is a damn useful exercise.
