Deadlift Check
Hey Rip,
Would you mind checking this over for me. I did this last week. Today I was planning on filming but my camera's battery died. It seems like I am arching my back initially. I don't know if I am just not squeezing correctly off of the floor, maybe I am jerking to some extent.
I am frustrated as shit about this, but thats what a good 6 years of incorrect form will do. I am a posterboy for F'd up technique evidently.

You're weight is on your toes, most likely because of the shoes with too much heel, so rock back off of your toes before you pull. There appears to be no effort on your part to actually hold the lumbar arch after you set it initially. It has to stay squeezed in place, and you have to learn that this is not happening now even though it feels like it is.
