    That's easy:

"How to incorporate the squat, deadlift, military press and bench press to increase strength, alongside the Olympic weightlifting training on a Wednesday and Friday"

*pretend i used a series of clever puns in regard to books/articles written by Rip and Bill Star* there i feel like i've contributed.

but seriously djmr, unless they're watching you lift at these olympic things (which i doubt they are), just show them what they want to see once in a while, and then do the fucking program. i highly doubt they'll stop you, especially after you explain the the renowned weight coach mark rippetoe essentially called them morons for their process...which they are.

Well, Rip, if someone ever does, please pass along the recommendation that words like "barbell," "strength," "basic," and "practical" be used in the title.

God knows, most everyone likes to over complicate things.

Oh, and if they post on forums, they should add some type of notice to their signature letting people know that they have written such tomes.

    That's my $0.02.
