    • starting strength seminar jume 2024
    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    • starting strength seminar october 2024
    I'm going to give this a try to change things up a bit. Would a 1x5 DL alternated with 15 singles(30 second clock) be a reasonable sub for the Haltings and Rack pulls on Fridays?
