The pull looks fine, but that position is too high, awfully easy pull from there. Drop it a hole in the rack and take the plate out.

I have a similar problem with the racks and my height.
The holes in the rack mean that that I have to rack pull from the bottom of the patella tendon (3" below the knee cap). Is this position low enough?
You can shim the floor with rubber mat to adjust the height.
