    • starting strength seminar jume 2024

    • starting strength seminar october 2024
    I have been doing CrossFit about about a year now. I have become extremely lean and am now looking to put on some more muscle and get stronger. I feel as though through losing weight I have also lost muscle, especially in my legs.

    For women who do SS, are there any modifications that must be made? Do women have the same results as men? Any advice for a woman who wants to get stronger and increase her lifts?

    My daughter followed the program in high school and had excellent results. I would suggest getting SS, PPII, and the DVD.

    The books are in the mail. They probably won't be here for another week or two though. Just trying to get as much information as possible.

    There is a chapter on special populations. I can't reproduce it here, so read it and then we'll type.
