Do you have the books?
I have been doing CrossFit about about a year now. I have become extremely lean and am now looking to put on some more muscle and get stronger. I feel as though through losing weight I have also lost muscle, especially in my legs.
For women who do SS, are there any modifications that must be made? Do women have the same results as men? Any advice for a woman who wants to get stronger and increase her lifts?

The books are in the mail. They probably won't be here for another week or two though. Just trying to get as much information as possible.
