Any Changes of content of SS1 to SS2?
Hey Rip,
I did a few searches and didn't come up with anything relevant.
I understand you added a lot of content to the second edition of Starting Strength. However, did you change any information that was in the first edition?
The reason I ask is that I gave away my first edition to a local HS track coach who has no prior history of weight training. I've gone through many pages of old posts here and remember you writing that you recommend 3 reps of the power clean per set, not the 5 that is (mis?) printed in the 1st ed.
Were any pictures, illustrations or anything else changed?
I just ordered your second edition plus PP2. I'm planning on working out once a week with this guy. I already got him to agree to full squat vs. partial. So I got that going for me.

It was a complete rewrite and most of the material was changed somewhat. Plus the additions.
