At a certain stage of development it is possible to lose weight and get stronger. If you followed my log at all over the past year, you saw me drop from the 242 class to the 198 class and still set all new PR's. However, this was a year long process, that required (for me) professional help by someone who knows what they are doing. My advice is to either pick one goal and go with it (strength or weight loss) or if you want both, talk to Mr. Pain.

There are no glaring technical errors in your deadlift. And you need a consult, not a board post, to figure this out. It might be that you just need to move to rack pulls/haltings. I'm not at all sure you can't get this done while losing some bodyfat. But I can't do it on this forum.
