Calculate the carbs in a gallon of milk and get back to me.
Rip, I know you're generally positive about the paleo diet and I think that's great. Too many guys in the mainstream fitness world are dismissive about it.
I've seen you recommend paleo + milk as a good diet for building mass. I was just wondering if, in your experience, it makes much difference how many carbs somebody eats. I'm not used to eating a lot of carbs anymore. Would the milk alone do the job, or do you think I would benefit from eating more potatoes than usual, too?
Thanks.

It's 192g carbs, 128g fat, 128g protein in 1 gal of US whole milk.
Thank you, Mark.
I take it you think that the milk provides enough carbs.
I'll just add GOMAD to my regular diet of steak and eggs and see what happens.
