    Hey Rip, I have had some issues with my squat form in the past, mainly from not reading the book and doing stupid shit, but also from bad flexibility in my shoulders and hamstrings. It has gradually gotten better and better until I filmed myself today and couldn't find any issues in my form.

    Can you take a quick look at my squats and tell me if there is anything about my squats that you would fix?

    Knees still traveling forward at the bottom. Lean over more and shove your ass back at the bottom.

    So I'm guessing that we have identified the source of my hip pain?
