    Hey Rip,
    Here's my second work set of 5 reps. I know my head position isn't exactly correct and I'll work on that, but for some reason it's just natural to tend to look up or forward as I ascend. I'll work on it.

    Also, I have an issue with painful elbows (or biceps, I can't really tell) after I squat. Can you take a look at this picture of my grip and tell me if you know what could be causing it?

    Grip looks okay from here. Look at your bar path and tell me what you see.

    After looking at the video again it looks like the bar drifts forward as I descend. Is that what you're seeing too? I guess the fix to that would be to push my hips back more or not lean over as much, right? But I feel like my knees look like they're not drifting forward, so would pushing my hips back or being more upright cause my shins to be too vertical?

    That's what I see. Think about keeping the bar in a slot right over the middle of your foot and take another video. I'll bet your mechanics get cleaned up in the process.
