Perhaps you should have explained how your doctor can issue a lawful order governing the use of your foot.

I think all of us were poking fun at your doctor telling you that you couldn't do power cleans.

Shit, now I feel like a pussy. I skipped two PC sessions because I was limping due to a broken toe for two weeks. PR'd every other lift, I think, though. I just figured it would be a bad idea to jump off of a toe that was painful enough to cause limping. First thing I've ever broken.

There is probably a provision in Obamacare that gives the Doctor/Gov control of all your toes.

To the OP, just don't do the cleans if you don't want/feel/whatever. Do some extra chins and watch some porn. You'll be fine.

I'm in the military, my doctor is quite capable of issuing lawful orders.

It's right there on page 1,347 of the health care bill. You didn't read it?

If you can't put weight (and consequently pressure) on the toe, then don't powerclean. Its simple as that.

Do barbell rows instead, till your toe heals

Retard. What branch are you in anyways? Haven't you heard about don't ask don't tell. Don't ask if you can lift and don't tell him unless he asks. Rather than power clean just do regular cleans. He never told you to not do regular cleans correct? Or just do snatches. Your probably Army or Chairforce. Maybe in the Gavy but they don't really give a shit what Marines do, they are doing to give us Motrin no matter what is wrong with us. You hit your head and passed out? Here, have some motrin.

My point is if you were ordered to not powerclean you can find a lawful way around that order. Especially if he cleared you to perform other lifts. I do hope to God that he did tell you that you cannot run. Then it would be worth it. I hate running.
