Lifts Ratio
Hey Rip,
first off, i know you get this all the time but i just wanted to thank you.
anyway, now that the girly shits out the way, i have a quick question about lifting ratios. My current lifts are:
Squats: 75kg 5,5,5
Bench: 70kg 5,5,5
Deadlift: 100kg 5
Press: 50kg 5,5,5
I was told by a strength and conditioning coach in my uni gym that he realised from across the gym that i was doing starting strength because my press form was perfect. he then checked the form on my other lifts and said it was all great. my question is... do u often see ratios like this... that the press is so near the squat, and the bench is pretty much equal to the squat? i mean when i look at other peoples logs their pressing like 45 kg and squatting 100...... why does my squat suck so much?
