Low bar squat
On the pasting Saturday, I got one of the trainers to spot me in the squat. Anyway afterwards he pointed out that my low bar placement was quite low, and demostrating this.
Anyway, in contrast to the one taught in your book, I had no idea that my bar was was placed that low.
After this week's recovery week when I go back to squatting, I will be placing the bar higher. The question is, since I've been using a much lower bar placement than the one shown in your book,, would this mean I would need to possibly reduce the amount of weight I am squatting by a slight amount?

I don't know, since I am not familiar with your situation. Let your warmups be your guide here.
