Hey Coach,
I've opted to do the Novice program you outlined in Practical Programming for Strength Training and have recently started incorporating Power Cleans, but it seems like doing power cleans every four workouts means progress on this lift will be really slow.
I was advised to switch to the program listed in Starting Strength 2nd Ed., but I'd like to keep doing pull-ups/chins.
Is there any other option or am I trying to have my cake and eat it to?
