Things will balance themselves eventually, but in your situation it might be productive to cut your deadlifts back to once every two weeks so that your cleans can catch up.
Hello Coach,
I have been doing the SS Novice workout since December 6th.
Previously I had been doing deadlifts and ab work only.
Today my deadlift workset is 255#, bench is 100#, squat 135#.
Press is 70# and power clean 70# also.
My question is- Should I stall my deadlift until other lifts catch up, or just let
things balance out naturally?
