    Hi Rip,
    33 years old, 5'9" and 190lbs up from 160. Started SS about 5 months ago. Have been lifting for about 3 years but didn't lift at all in 2009 due to a fractured hand. Can you cast your expert eye over my squats please. Depth is obviously an issue which i did try to correct on the third set, other than that is there anything else wrong? and sorry about the muscle top, i couldn't find a clean t-shirt.

    Have been having an issue with some upper arm soreness getting into postion, is the bar postion too low? Thanks in advance

    Bar may be a hair low. Your stance is 5" too wide, and as a result you're about 1.5" high.
