    No. Weightlifting shoes keep this from happening.

    Digging through my closet and found an old pair of dress shoes with a wodden heel, they're probably a one inch heel if I had to guess, would those suffice until i can afford a pair of VS Dynamo's?

    Pennyloafers are better than running shoes. Wing-tips. Saddle oxfords. Stacy Adamses.

    Am I the only person who noticed the OP's upper back rounding forward on the descent? Almost as if he's doing a crunch at the bottom.

    Chest up, friend. Keep that back locked in extension!
