    611 squat (622 got 2 red lights, one of them politics), bench 396 in a t-shirt, deadlift 633. All at 220.

    Are those your all time PR's or did you hit heavier weights in training? If so did it piss you off you missed those heavier weights in comp??

    Mark are you just naturally a good squatter, or a bad deadlifter? I mean your numbers are goddamn impressive, but isn't the DL usually higher in comparison to the squat?

    Those were pretty much my PRs, with a 600 x 3 squat in training. I was a shitty squatter and a better deadlifter: look up the current top 100 squat and deadlift and you'll see that you are wrong.

    I'm guessing you don't hit those numbers now. I'm just curious, what kind of lifting goals do you personally set now that you are finished improving those lifts? Other lifts? Maintain a certain amount?
