    Ah, I understand now. You're going to get your squat up to 505 x 5 first, and then gain more muscular bodyweight. Very shrewd. That way, you get to keep your abs showing.

    Personally, I'd just like to verify that I do in fact have some abs before I get fat again.

    Karwoski was 5'8" and 280. He seemed to do well on the PL platform, and did not look comical at all.

    I figure I'm good for about a 450 1RM in the squat at my current BW (current is ~400). But we'll see. Currently I'm recovering fine eating maintenance, when I'm not, then I'll eat more.

    And my abs aren't showing. All that much.

    Wikipedia says 5'10". Seems closer to what I've seen from his pictures.
