    Dear Mark Rippetoe,
This is Narayana Rao from Bangalore, India. My right leg is one inch shorter than the left (by birth). Currently, I am using extra shoe pads for my right leg to compensate for that during the work out. Is that ok? Kindly tell me what precautions should i take while doing squats, dead-lifts, presses etc.

    Thanks and Regards

Make sure your whole foot is shimmed with a one-inch hard rubber pad anytime you train with weight on your feet.

Have you tried the revival tent preachers yet?

I was referring to the American tent preachers and faith healers, but would be surprised if this hadn’t made it to India.
