Thanks for the info so far, Rip.

In SS (2nd ed., pg. 15), you mention that an inability to keep your knees out is a sure indication of weak adductor/groin muscles.
If this is where my problem lies, how would I attempt to fix this?
Is it all just a matter of me focusing REALLY hard on shoving my knees out?

That is wrong, and is one of the many things corrected in BBT3.

    Well, Rip

    I think I've done it.
I think I have shoving the knees out down.
After focusing on pushing the knees out with various weights on each and every rep, throughout the entire rep, for 70+ squats, my form felt like it finally fell into place.
I knocked-out my heavy-volume squats with no problems, and this week's 5RM will probably go smoothly.
Looking forward to the point where I won't even have to think about doing it anymore.

Much appreciated, Coach, can't wait for BBT3.

Also, thanks again, Steve in ATL, for your original in-depth critique.

As I've said in the SS coaches forum, your successful squat is my favorite reward - next to cashy money, of course.
