Default Deadlift and squat form check

I have two questions regarding the squat and the deadlift.

First off I have a problem with my back in the deadlift. I can get my spine in an accurate position while standing up by tilting the pelvis forward and feel my erectors contracting hard. Is this what it should feel like when I start pulling in the deadlift? Because when I lower my ass after gripping the bar I can't find that sqeeze in the back to get everything tight, is this due to lack of hamstring flexibility?

I can however keep the tightness in the back while squatting, perhaps from the wider stance. Regarding my squat I'm just wondering if I have enough hipdrive?

The deadlifts look pretty good, maybe a slight unnecessary shrug at the top. Just lift the chest and try to keep your neck in a normal position. The squat shows a tendency to maintain too vertical a shin as the descent starts. Unlock your knees forward at the same time as you sit back, and the forward knee travel at the bottom will not be a problem.
