    Default Help with the squat

This is only 110lbs, to show my problem. I can squat about this low with my working sets (180lbs) 5x5, but i cant squat any lower with lower weight so i assume it means its not too much weight. I also tried 88lbs while warming up, and still i can only get this low.

I know the video isnt the best possible, but big mistakes should be easy to see. Is it form issue, or flexibility issue? And if its flexibility, should i continue squatting a little high while stretching to get lower?

Your problem is an absence of me yelling at you. I can get you lower. Promise. You have chosen not to go lower.

Maybe I'm just misjudging a bad angle, but it seems to me that the toes are pointed out, but the knees are going forward.

They are, among other things. I usually delete posts like this that scream loudly "I have not read the book!!!" But in a moment of weakness it slipped through.
