    Hi Coach,

    If one has short shins relative to his femurs, is it possible that going below parallel is actually lower than what would be optimal? Meaning with this anthropomety, isn't it possible that the hip angle closes to such a degree that one has made it to the bottom, the hole, before going below parallel?

    No. The knees will be forward of the toes a longer distance than with more normal anthropometry, but depth should be the same, because the more horizontal shin angle will eat up some of the excessive hip angle.
