    Mr. Rippetoe,

I would like to work on my technique under the guidance of someone who knows their stuff. Can you recommend anyone in Minneapolis or St. Paul, MN?

    Thanks,
    PQ

Have you looked in the Coaches Directory?

Yeah, I checked the coaches directory right away and have searched the forum to no avail. Am I out of luck? It doesn't look like seminars come here that often either but I was hoping there'd be someone in the Cities you might be able to recommend anyway.

    Thanks again,
    PQ

I live in the Twin Cities and while I am not a coach perhaps we could do a couple of workouts together and spot each other, for sure I've learned about keeping a tight back and keeping the knees out, (the hard way)

There are not that many SSCs yet. If they are not in the directory, they either are not there or they didn't request a listing.

I've driven 3 hours, one way to get training from a SS Coach. I would have driven farther. It all depends on how bad you want it.
