I have been lifting for many years, but only recently began to endeavor to lift correctly. My last meet was in 2003, and I've been busy with other athletic endeavors since that time, involving broad time and modal domains. And injury.
Specifically trying to avoid driving my hips forward (standard PL issue), and instead driving up on the squat. I was a sumo deadlifter, but am back to conventional for purposes of getting strong.
These videos represent my Intensity Day. This is my 3d week back on a traditional lifting program, and it's the first week where I feel that I'm having to work hard enough.
