    Default Front squat (Linear Progression/ Intermediate progression)

    • starting strength seminar april 2024
    • starting strength seminar jume 2024
    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    If a 190# man has a 5rm front-squat around 200# x 5 then I wouldn't consider this intermediate. So how would you switch this person over to linear progression?

    Also, at what point would this person be ready for intermediate progression?

    (This person absoultely refuses to back-squat by the way)

    Why would you bother? Is it important to you that he know you're right?

    So basically a bodyweight 5RM front squat is intermediate?
