The problem is that you're saying this:
An act A is objectively orange flavored. This is because, in situations where there are both apples and oranges, it's the orange that performs the act. Even if the act is being performed where there are apples only, in the total absence of oranges, it is orange flavored. Never mind that it is an act that can only be performed in the presence of apple stems, so if it's performed where there are apples and oranges, it is necessarily the orange that has to be performing it.
