I am reminded:
Y'all say you learn stuff at every seminar. So what was learned in Redmond?

Also, I agree that this is quite possibly the best podcast so far.
Sometimes it takes a while realize you've learned something. We're still digesting, but since this was the first time we'd done the seminar with staff instead of me, I think we learned about our capabilities as a team. We also had our first "2s" on our evaluation forms in 7 years of doing seminars, so we learned something there too.
Went damn smooth, I thought. I didn't realize until I listened to the podcast that this was the first time it had been run that way. It didn't show, aside from an occasional consulting of notes, maybe.
Both Tom and Jordan were pretty damn on it, and my initial disappoint in not getting to listen to your dulcet tones for hours on end quickly dissipated.
The only section I actually wanted MORE information out of was Jordan's programming lecture, but I imagine that material is in flux, due to the rewrite of Practical Programming. Mostly I wanted more about how non-optimal recovery shifts the stress/adaptation curve for an individual (I just couldn't frame it that way at the time and thus ask an intelligent question).
This is very interesting, but not really something for public discussion, I guess.
