    She seems to be much better at the clean & jerk than our lifters. Is she stronger than Mangold?

    I have noticed that most lifters from contries that dominate in olympic lifting seem to effortlessly recover from their cleans. This is obviously because their coaches dont have them doing tons of squats.

    It actually looks like she powercleaned the weight.

    I mean, she certainly did not drop that low to catch it.

    Looks like the result of technique training. If only we emphasized technique more than strength.
