    Hi, I'm from México
I´ve been the program for about nine months. I started squatting 95 lb and now I'm squatting 185 lb x5 x3 an my bench press started in 155 lb and is now in 200 lbx5x3.
As you can see I can bench more than I can squat and by now I've stalled in all my movements.
    Any suggestions or recomendations?

I suggest you put heavier weights on the bar and squat them.

I would post some vids of your squat form for sure. When I started I had the same issue. I hadn't lifted in 10 years, but when I did lift it was all upper body stuff. So I was able to bench more than I could squat. As you continue to progress, your squat will get stronger than your bench. Just keep working the form and it will come.

Should he have added 540 lbs to his squat in that time?
