No my teammates are not PRing every week or month. I just know that their strength lift PRs are more proportional to their sn/c&j PRs. So they are more balanced with strength & power than I am. They are a heck of a lot stronger in all lifts.
I will sample bench and see how it goes. Will stick to chins & presses too. Really appreciate the knowledge and information that you are so willing to share with normal folks. You are helping more people than you know. Thanks for all that you do.
