    I would do a competition of this style if you bastards didn't schedule it the exact weekend of a meet I have already signed up for. Hopefully more of these events will be put on in the future.

    Will elbow sleeves be allowed for this meet? Knee sleeves are allowed and elbow wraps are banned, but I didn't see anything specifically addressing elbow sleeves.

    I signed up for the meet in Atlanta. I recently did my first meet, Powerlifting for Pups, at Darren's gym. Really looking forward to it. In the words of the great Bart Scott of the NY Jets - can't wait!

    I have to lay back a little to get a vertical bar path because my shoulders aren't flexible enough to let me get my arms up perpendicular to the floor while standing straight up. Would this kind of lay back get me disqualified?:
