    Default Deadlift nose bleed

I was doing some high rep deadlift sets the other night and out of no where my nose started bleeding all over the platform. I never get nosebleeds, so was wondering if there's anything to worry about. No other symptoms besides the blood pissing out my nose. Thanks.

Dunno. If it happens again it might be worth getting checked.

Make sure you're holding your valsalva correctly as well.

You're not taking aspirin pre workout are you? (i.e. eca stack, or just ca)

It would take one Hell of a lot of aspirin to cause a nosebleed. Now, if it starts and doesn't stop, aspirin might be a factor.

Probably not anything to worry about. SCUBA and freedivers get nosebleeds every now and again. Those blood vessels and delicate and near the surface.

The enormous majority of nose bleeds are benign. Don't worry, go home and tell momma you're a big boy now.

Sweet. Thought if anyone had seen some relationship between nosebleeds and deads, it'd be you. If it happens again I'll see the doc.

Naw. Though I had taken some acetaminophen a couple hours beforehand.

Yeah, they suck when all I'd been doing was 3-6 rep sets. Trying Jimmy's BBB for assistance. 50 reps with 315 in ~12 minutes fucking sucks.

I'm not underwater while deadlifting, man.
