    Question first day completed ! and groin tightness ?

    • starting strength seminar jume 2024
    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    • starting strength seminar october 2024
    First day of the Starting strength program went well, really focused on form and keeping the weights light , one problem was tightness in the groin area , any advice on loosening them up ?

    You're sore, son. It doesn't need to be "loosened."

    Squats on next workout day should do the trick. You're not used to using your adductors, they/you will adapt.
