First of all, SS 3rd edition is a fantastic read and I'm eager to get started, but I have two questions.
In the book, you state a thumb over grip for the squat, however I've noticed in some pictures and videos, the lifter you are coaching is using a thumb under grip. Is there any reason behind this? Apologies if I missed this in the book
Second question, I've invested into a home gym consisting of a power rack, 300 pounds worth of weights, a bench and a few other items. My gym is upstairs so I'm a tad concerned about power cleans. Can power cleans be done inside the rack?
