    Sounds like a good plan:

    - visit WFAC for five Saturday evenings, at 8 bucks a pop.
    - faff about with a major lift each time
    - get one-to-one expert tuition
    - save hundred of $$$ on the cost of a full seminar.
    - result!

I read the above - it was the voice of Edd China from "Wheeler Dealers" talking to me.

    Rip:

Is it really $8 to come lift at the gym, like a day pass? That's a damned good deal, if so. That's what the local Y charges where I live and their equipment sucks.

Also...out of curiosity I just looked around on the website. You guys are open long hours and I only saw three employees listed. How do you handle manpower-related issues? Part-time help or are you three there pretty much all the time?

Weird questions, sure. But I'm interested in the gym business and I like the idea of one day owning one in my small, weak little town to help combat the evils of muscular atrophy.

    Peace,
    udo.

    Good article Rip.

IPB, you should just sign up for the full seminar. Seriously. Going to the WFAC is also a good idea.

Not if he was a local. I saw him get someone to sit down at his computer and read one of his articles, she didn't even know he wrote them. Rip's recognition is inversely proportion to the distance from WFAC. It's a pity. Widely-known Down Under, but just have the articles. Good thing Tom and Jordan are coming. They will make people's squats deep enough.

It used to be $8. It's now $10.

We only have about 60 members, so there are no manpower-related issues.
