    An amazing article.

    From what I have seen in both the military and teaching meditation, you cannot divide the body and the mind. Anything that makes one stronger reinforces the other. If one of the two are weak and damaged in all likelihood the other is as well.

    Going through a novice profession is a profound physical experience that always causes significant improvements in how people interact with and experience their environment, particularly on the mental side.

    The endocrine system improvements alone have the ability to straighten out any number of defective mental processes based off of what I've seen to date.

    On a more basic level the world and the people in it will frequently endeavor to make you their bitch. Being stronger increases your ability to push back.
