    No joke. Had family over today, Christmas at my house. Somehow my brother, high school aged nephew, and I got to talking about strength. They have never trained, or go to any gym
    I busted out my beat up, underlined, highlighted SS 3rd Ed for a quick lesson. Discussed linear progression, and went thru the pics of the lifts. They were reading it on their own the last time I looked in the living room.

    I am ordering two copies for them Aasgaard, keep the inventory ready.
