Charleton Heston, or the earlier one?

The one with Paul Scofield and Robert Shaw.

    I wasn't aware the Heston did re-make.

Scofield owns the role. If I recall, he starred in the stage play as well.

And since you brought up Charlton Heston, have you seen his version of Treasure Island. It was TV release and it's damn hard to find (or was, this being the interwebs and all). He's a cracking Long John Silver.

And yes, I'm an old man. I was 12 first time I saw it.

Watched Blade Runner last night for the first time in a few years, still a great movie to watch. Pretty excited about the new one coming out soon, great to see Harrison Ford back making movies instead of improvised landings on the highway.

In reference to the podcast; I believe that the one regrettable Ridley Scott movie is Legend, even the directors cut.

What did you not like about Legend? Was it as horrible and embarrassing as Prometheus?

Not only is 'Legend' a pretty great film, but it is my retirement plan.

Loved Prometheus--I've watched at half a dozen times--I can not understand why so many pan it. I had great memories of Legend when I watched it as a kid (Curry freaked me out), but rewatching it I just thought it was meh. The cinematography is beautiful, I just think the story was incomplete and lacked character development.

I viewed it right after Blade Runner and I sat there the whole time wondering what in the world Scott was thinking. That was a decade ago (in my twenties), so if I watched it again, I might change my mind. LOTR, at that point, was the foremost comparison in my mind.

I wonder if Trump has seen this political thriller.

Trivia: Some of the scenes were actually filmed inside the White House. I think it was a first for a Hollywood picture.

Saw the 2004 film "Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story"

The bad were all from a gym called 'Globo Gym' which I didn't catch before this.
