I either see movies in theaters or rent them on iTunes or some equivalent service. I recently got my MoviePass card though which makes it $10/month to see basically as many movies in theaters as I want so I plan to start going to the movies more.

So you don't watch movies? Why are you posting in the Movie thread?

The original Bladerunner is overrated and boring. The new one took all the good stuff from that movie and added an actually interesting story.

Tom Hardy was phenomenal in Warrior. I have yet to witness a performance of his that I didn't thoroughly enjoy.

The original had noir elements on steroids. Raymond Chandler probably disturbed the earth on his grave sitting up to salute.

A Walk Among the Tombstones is a relatively faithful representation of Lawrence Block's character Matthew Scudder. A dark ugly world of casual violence. Its not a perfect movie, but worth watching.

It wasn't a cliché Liam Nelson movie, but it was very close. I enjoyed it.

Now I am really looling forward to watching The new Blade Runner after reading the feedback here.

I hope they didn't make a China version, as they tend to do.
