Has anyone watched 3:10 to Yuma?

Watched it recently... In my opinion, a phenomenal film.

I saw it a couple of years ago. I thought it was very good, but not phenomenal.

Which one, the Russell Crowe or Glenn Ford version?

Crowe was pretty good, but IMO, Ford conveyed a sense of quiet, unspectacular menace better. Kind of like Brian Dennehy when he plays a smiling bad guy. His role in Silverado was a good example.

I saw a tweet today presenting the idea that should Disney successfully acquire Fox, every xenomorph of the Alien franchise, being born of a queen, will be a Disney princess. Mulan might lose her top spot.

The trailer for the new Eastwood movie 15:17 to Paris is out. Looks very interesting. The actual heroes are playing themselves in the film. From the trailer they didn't do a half bad job acting. YouTube.

    remember STAR WARS?????
    when I saw the X-WING I CLAPPED
    IT BROKE NEW GROUND!!!!!

In all serious, TLJ was pretty good and one of the better films of the series. Adam Driver is the best thing to happen to this series. The First Order is actually the good guys, btw.

I was actually really surprised by this. TLJ was as bad as the prequels, if not worse. Seriously, I'm shocked at how many people looked at the final cut and somehow didn't suck start a shotgun right there.

I hope everyone involved with the movie has enough shame to never touch another Star Wars film again.
