First things first, forget the stereotypes. This concert movie is not just about heartache and ex-boyfriends. Taylor Swift is a masterful performer, and her stage presence is nothing short of electric. Her catchy tunes, witty lyrics, and infectious energy will have you tapping your feet and maybe even dancing when no one's watching.

But that's not all, fellas. Taylor Swift has that rare quality of effortlessly connecting with her audience. You'll find yourself drawn into the crowd, singing along to every word, and feeling like you're part of something special. Plus, there's a chance you'll witness a surprise guest appearance by one of your favorite artists, adding an unexpected twist to the show.

And here's the kicker – her concerts often feature some hilarious storytelling moments. Taylor's witty anecdotes and self-deprecating humor will have you laughing your heart out. She's not just a fantastic musician; she's an entertainer in the truest sense.

So, guys, don't dismiss this concert movie just because it's Taylor Swift. Give it a shot, and you might just find yourself enjoying her music, having a great time, and possibly even becoming a Swiftie in the process. Who would've thought, right?
I’m glad she put it out. With the price of her concert tickets, and me having 2 young girls, she might have saved me from bankruptcy.

    Gross.

And she’s as manufactured and phony as any other celebrity. Sick of her….but my daughter and nieces sure aren’t.

The first four Mission: Impossible films are available on Netflix right now. Watched all four over the past few weekends. Ready to watch the new ones now. I’ve been steering clear of newer movies because they seem to be not as good, but now I actually want to watch these.

Firstly, I’ve watched a lot of action movies in my life, but somehow the MI films always seem to be the most tense. Even though I’ve seen them and I “know” Ethan will be fine, these movies always seem to get my heart racing.

Second, Tom Cruise is just phenomenal in everything he does. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a movie with him in it that I didn’t love.

Watch the rest. The newer MI's are great. 4, 5, & 6 are my favorites. New one is good.

Watched The New Centurians last night on Tubi - 1972 flick starring George C Scott and Stacy Keach as veteran and rookie LAPD patrol officers, respectively. Good movie overall, but one part at the end was extremely precient:

George C Scott's character tells Stacy Keach's character that the times are changing, and that pretty soon the way they'll deal with crime is by simply legalizing it. Paraphrased, "They'll cut the crime rate in half by legalizing robbery." It only took 50 years but that's exactly what they're doing in California now.

Also, as a "film buff" who has recently starting really getting into 70's movies, I can say that the 70's are the height of American cinema. There's something about 70's films that's missing from the 80's to the present.

Has The Ballad of Buster Scruggs been mentioned in this thread? Either way, it's worth mentioning again.

"The Near Algodones", "All Gold Canyon", and "The Gal Who Got Rattled" shorts were my favorites. The title short was okay, but I could have done without "Meal Ticket" and "The Mortal Remains".

And this has got to be one of the funniest jokes in all of cinema:

Watched "The Gauntlet" tonight, 70's action flick starring Clint Eastwood as a cop assigned to transfer a witness from Vegas to Phoenix... only a group of powerful people don't want him to complete the trip. It's basically Dirty Harry drives across the desert with a hot chick, and around a million bullets get fired. 4 thumbs up

Sondra Locke. Was always disappointed with Clint for hanging out with that wisp of a woman for 14 years.

    The Gauntlet was superb.

I am hoping for the best with Ryan Gosling's Fall Guy coming out soon.
The series was silly with superb old school practical effects and the movie trailer promises the same.
