    Watched Blade Runner 2049 after watching The Final Cut first. Loved both.
    They did a really good job of carrying over the same grittiness and atmosphere from the first movie. It could have easily been a disaster.

    The early scene in Gladiator of the proto-Germans coming out of the forest baying like wolves got the movie off to a good start. No doubt thanks of Scott.

    starting strength coach development program
    Watched Training day again last night- I was thoroughly entertained throughout. The main Latino drug dealer who nearly caps him at the end is a New Zealand actor called Cliff Curtis who stars in the brilliant Once were Warriors with Temuera Morrison of Jango Fett fame- well worth a watch if you enjoy movies with plenty of brawling.
